Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking
Kilgore National Bank offers the ability to access Bank services 24 hours a day 7 days a week from any mobile device with internet or text messaging capabilities.
We have two (2) options to choose from or you can use both: SMS (text messaging) and/or Mobile Browsing.
Option 1*
Mobile Browsing Features (requires enrollment in Online Internet Banking)
Same User ID and Password as your Kilgore National Bank Internet Banking service
  • Access your account information. i.e. Checking, Savings, CD's, Loans and more at
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • View Account Activity
  • Pay Bills (must be signed up on the Internet Banking application)
  • Find our Locations and Contact Information
  • Receive up-to-date weather forecasts
  • View Check Images on Smartphones
Security:  We simply optimize your Internet banking experience for use on a mobile device. All of the security currently in place with your Internet banking solution remains intact. In effect, you are merely accessing your accounts on your Internet banking application via a mobile device browser. User credentials are identical as you are connecting to the same site. We use 128-bit encryption to protect your data as it travels to your mobile device.
Fees: Bill Pay service is free for the first 5 (five) bill pay’s per month. A fee of $2.00 will be applied each month you exceed 5 (five) bill pay transactions.

SMS (text messaging) Features – MOBANK (662265):
·         Text Messaging
·         Check Balances
·         View Last 5 Transactions
·         Receive Balance Alerts by text or email (daily balance alerts, monthly balance alerts and threshold alerts) - once you have activated your account on your cell phone you can setup alerts by going back to using your user ID and password you setup during registration - call the bank if you need help with this process.
·         Up to 15 text messages per month free - $2.00 per month after 15
·         To receive balances simply text the short code to MOBANK (662265) on your cell phone. A short code is a short phone number used with text messaging. The following are SMS account options:
• BAL (returns default account balances)
• BAL ALL (returns all account balances)
• BAL [alias] (returns alias account balances)
• ACT (returns activity on default account)
• ACT [alias] (returns activity on alias account)
• CMD (returns short list of commands)
• HELP (provides a phone number for support)
·         Your cell phone or mobile device must be equipped to access an Internet browser
·         Additional charges may apply for Internet usage depending on your wireless carrier.
·         Please consult your wireless provider/carrier for details on correlated rates and charges
·         All terms and conditions applicable to online-banking may apply to mobile banking.
You agree to:
·         Secure your user ID, Password and answer to “my challenge question” at all times.
·         Secure your cell phone.
·         Notify the bank immediately if my cell phone has been lost or stolen.
The Bank provides this service free of charge for the first 15 text messages per month. Be aware that your wireless phone provider may charge for text messages depending on your plan.
·         If you change your phone number after registering, you will need to contact us to deregister that number and register your new one.
